I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Of coarse I did the Ritalin and Adderal thing. For years I was great at completing the task at hand. It’s been 20 years since then. I’m a complete scattered human without a point. What exactly was I trying to say? What was I doing? I always figure it out as I’m trying to go to sleep. Then I am wide awake because I forgot to do something…….That is how ADHD works for me anyway.🤣
