Avocado Toast on freshly made bread. The bread takes 1.5 hours to make. It’s cooked in a le Crueset casserole until perfectly crunchy outside and soft inside. Tossed in the toaster for even more crunch. Topped fresh avocado at a few grinds of pink sea salt.

That’s what was breakfast today. Yummy!
