Who was your most influential teacher? Why?
She taught me 2 things which have been with me every day since then.
1.How to de-clove garlic, chip it into slivers, then brown in up all crunch good. Then steam some Broccolini and add the garlic, if there is any left. Usually i eat half.
2.Sauce. This French woman can make a mean sauce like a good old Italian woman. Maybe better.
Food? That is where itโs at?
